The Child Dental Benefit Schedule is at Waratah Dental!
Here at Waratah Dental Lithgow we are proud supporters of The Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) which, as of 1 January 2014, has replaced the Teen Dental Voucher System, and allows your child to receive up $1052 in dental services. The Child Benefit Scheme, run through Medicare, entitles your child to a $1,052 benefit (over a two year period) which can be used towards regular dental check-ups and minor dental procedures.
Children aged 2 to 17 who meet certain means testing are eligible for the CDBS. Families eligible for Family Tax Benefit Part A (FTB-A) or certain other government payments can take advantage of the CDBS. For more information on eligibility and qualifying we recommend phoning the Department of Human Services in person on 132 011.
